Hi! It’s been a while. Understandably, but I’m not unaware of my absence if that makes sense. I think about what my next post will be, and when will I have time to write it up relatively frequently. Admittedly less frequently now, but I’d say I have a good reason for the drop in my blog-thoughts…Yeah, I’d say that’s a pretty good reason for my mind to be preoccupied. Tylyn Lee made his big debut last Tuesday. It was a long labor (36 hours), but that sweet face reminds me everyday how worth it every pain was.

Now here we are – 10 days later and I’m home alone for the first time. My amazing husband is back at his office, and we’re trying to figure out how life will look from here on out. And I have to say – it looks awesome. We’re finally having some waking hours on the same schedule, and meals are getting a little easier. I’ve also been gifted with a few smiles, and plenty of sweet coos to make my day fantastic. Of course there’s crying…

But those big, beautiful eyes make you forget pretty much any fussiness.

Simply put, I’m loving this new chapter. Our little family is so blessed, and we’re looking forward to all that’s ahead of us. I’m sure I’ll get back into my blog-groove, but right now I’ve got more important things on my mind :)
